Focus Friday- To Do

Well, I suck at the whole focus on me thing. I tried- only took my nap 2/7 days 🙁 and DID NOT get my manicure. How many lashings with a wet noodle does that get me?

For the upcoming week, my goal is to get back into my work at home routine. Having my mom here and going to physical therapy three times a week is making it difficult to meet all my professional commitments. So, here is the plan (and you all should know, I’ve gotta have a plan) for this coming week:

Monday: write and submit guest posts, make 5 sales calls from list and enter them in database, post on all three of my blogs, post review and giveaway on this blog, go to PT

Tuesday: appt’s with two local businesses for USFG, listen to 2 MM audios, go grocery shopping (with my menu plan and coupons of course)

Wednesday: make 5 sales calls from list and enter them in database, post on all three blogs, devote time to writing for book, call church with songs for evening service, go to PT

Thursday: doctor’s appointment in DC (this takes my whole day)

Friday: follow up with contacts from week, conference call, PT appointment.

Hopefully, I will fit my manicure in there somewhere! What is your focus this week? Join us at Thrifty and Chic Mom.

I had a terrible focus week this week too. Life seemed to get in the way of my busy list and schedule. I hate when that happens. Hopefully next week is more focused for us both:)

    Melissa,
I know that you said you see Simsarian and Carol. I’m wondering, where do you go for the neurofeedback appointments which you mentioned recently? What types of things do you do during neurofeedback?

I’ve been going to PT with Valerie Gibson in Vienna and she’s simply amazing!!! She and her assistant have put me through all sorts of balancing tasks. It’s actually kinda fun, except for when it’s kinda painful. LOL.

  3. Wow that’s a lot!
Don’t forget to make some time for looking at George Clooney pictures. That is an essential part of every week.

  4. Sounds like you have yourself a plan, good luck!

    Thank you for the tip!

  5. It’s the effort that counts? I am going to do this this week!
