Cheap (that’s not a bad thing) Gift Ideas


The word cheap sounds so tacky. But when you look up the meaning in the dictionary, it’s not that bad: cheap (chp)

a. Relatively low in cost; inexpensive or comparatively inexpensive.
It’s all about living frugally and since they announced this morning, what we have all known for quite a while, that our country is officially in a recession, living frugally is important.

So, here are a few ideas for giving gifts that won’t break the bank or even your wallet.
~Host a cookie swap.
~Give the gift of time- make up coupons for your time (walk in the park, morning coffee hour, etc)
~Movie tickets
~Lottery tickets
~meaningful Christmas tree ornament (favorite sports team, collection, personalized, etc)
~bottle of wine
